Luncho Delivery Policy

How delivery works

We cook lunch boxes to order overnight and bring every box for a campus to one fixed gate, in one drop, at one time.

Your order tells you the gate and the time, and the app shows both on every screen. For Acharya Institute, Bengaluru, boxes arrive at the gate on your order at 12:30 PM.

What we do not do

We do not deliver to your door, hostel room, department, classroom or hand you a box anywhere other than the gate named on your order. There is no rider, and no box travels on its own.

This is deliberate. A single drop for a whole campus is why there is no delivery fee.

Where we deliver

Only to campuses that are live in the app. Today that is Acharya Institute, Bengaluru. The app shows every live campus and its gates under You → Your college; if yours is not listed, we do not serve it yet.

We do not ship, courier or post food anywhere, and we do not deliver outside Bengaluru.

Delivery charges

There are none. The price of the box is the whole price. Nothing is added at the gate, and nothing is collected at the gate.

Timing

You get a notification when your box is packed and again when it reaches the gate.

Collecting

Say your collection code at the gate. It is in the app and printed on the box.

Anyone who says your code can be handed your box, so do not share it with anyone you do not intend to collect on your behalf.

If you are late

We hold your box at the gate until 1:15 PM. After that it is given to someone else or disposed of, and the refund rules at luncho.in/refunds apply.

If we are late, or do not come

If a drop is delayed we tell you. If we cannot deliver on a day for any reason, you get the full amount back, every time, and we tell you as soon as we know. See luncho.in/refunds.
